Guidelines
Applies to the original buyer, non-transferable.
Proof of purchase will be required.
A one year no charge in-home repair from the date of installation, providing G&L Custom Shutters installed shutters originally.
Inspection must reveal a factory defect. Acts of God or misuse of the shutter are not covered under this warranty.
It is the homeowner’s responsibility for the return of the shutter to G&L Custom Shutters for inspection before repair or replacement can occur once one year warranty expires.
If in home repair is needed after first year of ownership, a service call charge will apply.
Custom Finish
Your custom finish is guaranteed for two years from purchase date.
Normal fading and abuse are not covered under this guarantee.
Care & Maintenance
Your custom shutter must be maintained as outlined below to ensure them looking new and beautiful.
- Dust or vacuum frequently. A lamb’s wool duster is recommended.
- Clean occasionally with a damp sponge and dry thoroughly.
- A light coat of high grade furniture oil may be applied to smooth painted or stained shutter.
